Free yourself

Often conditioned  by the beauty standards of  advertising, social networks or  newspapers, we forget the fantastic regulatory powers of our bodies. The relationship with food loses his fluidity  and it can even  become  a major source of stress. Free yourself from your limiting beliefs  and finally begin this path towards the discovery of  yourself.

Reconnect to your signals  interiors

Your body speaks to you but  we no longer know how to listen to it. Our body signaks are always right. The mind can play tricks on us. Learn to rediscover your signals of hunger, satiety but also  become aware of your desires and your real food pleasures. These are not necessarily who you think they are.

Live fully and serenely

Respecting your needs also means respecting and understanding your desires. Finding your balance doesn't just mean having balanced meals throughout the day. It is a general state of being that anyone can achieve.

Nutrition

Following the dietary consultations, I will send you various documents and recipes. You will thus have all the cards in your hands to eat in a balanced way. Between two consultations, I will obviously be available if you have any questions.
